Duplicate / Accidental Double Charge: If your bank account or UPI was charged more than once for the same PDF/Mock test due to network fluctuation or gateway timeout, the duplicate charge will be 100% refunded automatically.
Technical Delivery Failure: If payment succeeds on Razorpay but the PDF material fails to unlock in your library, and our technical support cannot unlock it within 24 hours of receiving your support ticket.
Wrong / Inaccessible Document File: If a corrupted or inaccessible file was uploaded in error and cannot be rectified within 48 hours.

2 Digital Products Non-Tangible Nature

Because our study materials are intangible digital goods delivered instantly via online streaming and digital PDF access upon payment confirmation, we generally cannot accept cancellations or refunds once a PDF has been unlocked, read, or downloaded, except under the eligible technical/duplicate conditions listed above.

3 Refund Processing Timeline

Once an eligible refund request is approved by our billing team:

The refund is initiated directly via Razorpay to your original payment source (UPI VPA, Debit/Credit Card, or Netbanking).
Refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days as per standard RBI banking settlement cycles.
